Our Mission

We transform lives by offering safe and high quality therapeutic support through highly trained and experienced counsellors. Through compassionate, accessible counselling, we create a safe space for people to explore, heal, and move forward with confidence - transforming lives, one conversation at a time.

Between January and July 2025, 39 clients who completed counselling shared their feedback through our Client Satisfaction Survey. Their voices and experiences highlight the meaningful difference Tilehouse Counselling makes every day.

This year’s client feedback paints a powerful picture of change and hope. Tilehouse Counselling continues to make a measurable difference - helping people to understand themselves, reduce distress, strengthen relationships and reclaim control over their lives. Every statistic represents a real person whose quality of life has improved through compassionate, skilled counselling.
